MyQufora is a new post-prescription patient care support system for one of the leading providers of rectal irrigation clinical products, Qufora. 

The site was developed for the company in a five month implementation involving market research with medical professionals, prescribers, clinical support teams, sales and patients themselves. Our key aim was to discover what sort of support they would require to help the support of the product in a multi-channel format.

The technologies and integrations have included WordPress, AgileCRM, Clickdesk, Intercom, Twilo, membership protection and extensive intelligent sequencing based on patient requirements. The system also enables close and responsive feedback between patient, medical professionals and Qufora to monitor patient care and deliver appropriate responses in real-time.
